Home Block Co. is a rural supply store for people who look after animals and land. That covers a lot of ground. Some of our customers run a few hundred head of cattle. Others have six chooks, a vegie patch and a gate that won't stay shut. Both need gear that does the job, and both deserve a straight answer when they ask about it.
We're a Queensland business, and we deliver Australia-wide. If you can't find what you need, or you're not sure which product suits your setup, ask us before you buy.
What we stock
Close to 2,000 products across feed and water, animal health and husbandry, identification and handling, grooming and show gear, pest control, sprayers, hand tools, watering and farm hardware. There's gear for chickens, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, alpacas, birds and small animals, and plenty for the property itself.
How the shop is set out
You can shop the way you'd walk into a produce store: by the animal you keep, by department, or by the job in front of you. If it's lambing season, raising a batch of chicks or getting water to a new paddock, there's a page with the lot in one place.
New to it? The starter pages for your first flock, goats and a new acreage block pull together what most people need in the first few weeks.
What you can expect from us
- Freight you can see coming. Bulky items are marked on the product and again in your cart, so the delivery cost doesn't catch you out at checkout. How delivery works.
- Product information written to be read. Every product has a plain description, its specifications and what it's actually for, in words that make sense outside a catalogue.
- Answers before you buy. Not sure about a size, whether a part fits your unit, or which feeder suits your setup? Ask us and we'll tell you.
- Advice that helps you get on with it. Our advice section covers the practical side of keeping animals and running a block.
